Jay w's Story
Life
Photo was taken along the Amazon River in the Peruvian Jungle. "Say hello to my little friend" I presently reside in Maryland but will be soon moving to Cleveland, Ohio where I will be working as a Marine Inspector inspecting the large "Lake Carrier" ships that tranist to and from Canada.
I was a Senior Chief Marine Science Technician in the US Coast Guard (promoted June 1 to Chief Warrant Officer Marine Safety Specialist). I speak fluent Spanish and attended Spanish language school in Anitgua, Guatemla where I met my current ex-wife. I have lived in Peru( Lima rocks) , Guatemala and spent time in El Salvador, Mexico, Colombia, Tunisia, Lebannon, Rome, London and Paris (sucked), Thailand, Singapore, China, Kenya, Africa, Iraq, Saudia Arabia. I lived at South Padre Island, Texas for 4 years, 4 Spring Breaks used to allow wayward spring breakers to crash at my house.....

and I learned a little. 1985 was a good year. I will never forget the time when Chuck Ray drove his blue VW Beatle into the lake at Goodfellow's park with Milt Baker and me in the car. That water was cold!
Oh yeah and the time I was with Scott Burnside and George Dalton well there were 2 times one time we hit a deer in the middle of the night..after beating it to death with a tire iron I field dressed it. We went to a state troopers house for help with me covered in deer blood, drunk and stoned. When the trooper came to the door his dog ran out into the street and was hit by a car; sorry officer!
The other time we were chased by some crazy people in a Chevy Citation who thought we had broken into thier kennel and stolen 2 cocker spaniel puppies. The police chased us unitl we ran out off the road and we all went to jail. George had just gotten his Chevy Malibu painted.
I never grew up and don't think I will. I have a Mazda RX8 and a new Toyota FJ Cruiser.
